Everything is completed start to finish in our Arvada, Colorado lab. We never outsource cases, so you always know exactly who is handling your restoration and when it will be back in your hands.

We build with materials dentists trust. Amann Girrbach zirconia for crowns, bridges, and full-arch restorations. Veerifit thermoforming material for durable, comfortable nightguards, and DESS implant components for a precise, predictable fit.

Removable appliances, including nightguards and retainers, have a 7-day turnaround. Zirconia and permanent restorations have a 14-day turnaround. Because every step stays in-house, our timelines are dependable and easy to plan around.

Smiles by Design Laboratory grew out of an established restorative practice, so our technicians work alongside dentists every day. They understand firsthand how a restoration needs to fit, function, and look in a real patient’s mouth, and they bring that clinical perspective to every case you send us.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact page, and we’ll walk you through onboarding and get your practice set up. Once you’re a client, you’ll be able to submit and manage your cases through our online customer portal. We are a digital lab and only take uploaded scans.
